Experiences All of my Life

I have had many experiences in my apartment where I have lived for years. I have also had many experiences with friends. I guess ghosts and paranormal activity just follows me because I'm not too afraid of it.

Well I'm not exactly sure when all the first hauntings have started because i have had them all my life. when i was younger and i lived in an apartment building right across the street where i live now i used to hear many noises in my room and i was always afraid to sleep with the lights off because of them. i can remember waking up i the middle of the night and seeing shadows out of my window and i knew this wasn't right so i got the feeling to look outside and i saw in the bushes red lights floating and when stopped they looked like two giant balls of fire with an eerie glow to them. i would almost say that they were a pair of eyes peering back at me. the next morning i checked out the bushes and found nothing. this was an occurrence almost every night before we moved.

The other major thing that had happened to me happened about a month after my grandfather had died. My sister was baby-sitting me and my two younger brothers and they were in bed sleeping she had over her three friends and we were all in our room and my sister took out the Ouija board and decided to play it with her friends I was on her bed and one of her friends has there with me and the other 2 were with my sister on the floor asking the board questions about my grandfather. I didn't realize this at the time but now that I think about it the room temperature dropped dramatically and we were wrapped in blankets. All of a sudden my sister asked the question about if anyone was in the room with us and the light turned off. Then it turned back on within seconds at that time everyone was on her bed together scared and shaken up pretty badly. The light then repeated the turning off and on about six more times. then the temperature returned to normal and my sister threw the board into the closet and we all decided to forget about the experience.

Another experience was when my sister was baby-sitting me and my brothers again and one of her friends came over and we were in our living room and they were on the couch with me on the floor wrapped up in a blanket talking with them . We only had one light on because we didn't want to wake my brothers in the room next-door to us. I was tired so I was laying down next to our couch talking with my sister and her friend when all of a sudden something appeared in our television screen and was completely black. I was very scared so I covered my head with my blankets and listened to my sister cry and shriek with tremendous fright. She was screaming out leave my sister alone and she told me to move closer to them because they were seeing a man dressed in black holding an ax. When they told me this I began to cry and I could not move. the experience was too much for me and right when it ended my parents walked through the door.

It was awhile before my next experience and when my sister was asleep or out at night when I was awake in the darkness in my room I would see a tall white figure peering at me and I would see it move through the reflection of my T.V.

At my friends house I would always feel a presence and never told her about it until she told me that her brother had died in that house when he was just 3 years old.

I always hear footsteps throughout my house like almost a brushing against the carpet and when I turn around no one is there and it is when I am home alone or up late when my family is all asleep.

A couple of years ago my sister and I were cleaning out our closet getting rid or things and found the Ouija board and forgot to put it away from that last time we used it. She took it and put it in a bag and threw it out since then I have seen no more ghosts in my home but still hear the footsteps. I still feel and see things in other homes though. I just figure that I have been through so much already that it doesn't really get to me anymore and I can not wait until my next experience.

If anyone would like to e-mail me with questions about anything they have seen I would love to hear about it.

my e-mail is

Completely Baffled

When my oldest Daughter was just about five months old, we lived with my parents.

I had the back bedroom. My baby's crib was located under the rear bedroom window and my single bed across from her crib, on the opposite side of the room.

It must have been about 8:30 PM, I decided to go to bed. My baby was already in her crib, sleeping. So I checked on her for the last time before falling asleep. I laid down on my bed, no sooner, I heard this very masculine breathing. It was coming from somewhere near the foot of the crib. So I sat up, confused, but trying to figure out where and what was making that sound.

I know, I wasn't asleep yet, and then it dawned on me, I was really wide a wake and I know I wasn't imagining, there was nothing near her crib, but meanwhile, as I was trying to get a grip of reality, that heavy breathing never stopped. It was loud and clear. So, I kept looking at where the sound kept coming from, the hair on the back of my neck started to stand on ends, and I said to myself, this can't be happening, oh my gosh, maybe my baby can't breathe. So I moved the covers off of me and sat sideways on my bed, facing the crib, but my baby was sleeping peacefully. She wasn't struggling for air or anything. She wasn't even moving.

I then, looked up at the window above her crib, (all the while, the breathing hadn't stop) hoping and praying that maybe the sound was from outside of the house, maybe from the neighbors house, but, the breathing kept going and then my eyes followed the sound, which my eyes ended at the foot of my baby's crib.

That's when I jumped out of bed,(remember, I sat in bed for a good 10 minutes trying to figure out where the sound was coming from and what was making the sound) ran straight down the hall way and past my Mom who was sitting in the kitchen eating a snack. She took one look at me and must have known that I was scared out of my wits. I told her, there's something in my room and she panicked, scolding me, telling me, why I left the baby in the room. She ran back there to get her.

After that incident my baby and I would sleep in the living room from then on.

To this day, no one can tell me that what I heard was my imagination. No way, I know what I heard and I gave myself enough time to know that it was real and it came from the end of the crib and that there is no explanation to why and what I heard.

The Doll

My mother had a friend who strangely didn't care too much for her. She came from the Philippines . There her lady friend made her a beautiful baby doll. It stood about 18 inches tall, with a lacey red dress and brown curly hair. It could cry if you spanked her bottom and laugh if you rubbed her tummy. It was battery operated.

Well, when my Mom first received the doll from her friend, that returned from the Philippines. The doll was still in the clear plastic bag.

My Mom tried giving my grandniece the doll. Niki was about three years old, she

could barely speak clear, but with little English and her body language, my Mom gathered that she was afraid of the doll. So, my Mom tried giving it to Christy, Niki's younger sister. And she too, was afraid of the doll.

The doll looked, like any ordinary doll. Nothing different about it.

Anyway, about a year later, my Mom, forgot all about it. She said she placed the doll in her bedroom closet, on the top shelf. '

Well, my Mom recalls, one afternoon, she was alone in the room, she was doing her regular routine, reading a book, then all of a sudden, she heard, a very faint giggle. And she thought it was the kids in the patio playing. So she peeped out of the window, to check on the kids. No on was there.

Then, again, she heard that faint laughter. She then, realized, that the giggle was coming from her closet. She said the hair on her body stood up. Because why would a giggle be coming from a closed closet. Where no one should be inside, first of all.

She said she slowly slid the closet door open and looked around. Funny, she mentioned, but she then remembered the doll that she put away months ago. She brought it out of the closet. And carried it into the living room, where my dad was watching TV, she asked my dad to put it outside, in the patio. Because she said it giggled in the closet, after all these months. And the fact, the doll 's tummy has to be rubbed, in order for it to giggle.

You see, the doll was laying on it's back when my Mom left it in the closet.

Well, later that week my Mom called my Aunt on the island of Maui. You see, that Aunt, had experienced living and dealing with hauntings. Her father in-law, was a medicine man.

Anyway, my Aunt, told my Mom you need to burn the doll, be sure to burn it off your property, and be sure the ashes do not fly back on or near her home.

I had a friend who had access to the city and county rubbish incinerator. So I got a call from my Mom, she wanted to drop the doll at my house and please be sure that it would go into the incinerator that next day.

Well, I had no idea, when my parents came over to my house and dropped off the doll. All, I know is that, my son inlaw, Cranston, was the first to notice the doll on top of my grandchild's car seat in the garage.

He said he needed to smoke, so he stepped outside, walked around the house. And mentioned to my daughter, Tanya, that he felt errie when he would pass the doll. Said, he felt, as if it was watching him.

Well, my friend Bobby came over the house. I asked him earlier that evening if he could take the doll to the incinerator. He said he could.

In the meantime, it was getting kind of late, my oldest was in the dining room studying her college courses. Cranston was still outside with Bobby, My grand daughter and I in the living room. She was fast asleep on the floor next to me.

Tanya, my oldest, heard this little girl giggle. So, she asked me if Kali, my grand daughter was still up. I told her no, why? She had this look with a pale face and grabbed her books and came rushing over to where I was.

During this time, Cranston, mentioned to Bobby, how he felt weird, whenever he would pass by the doll. So, between the two of them , Bobby decided to put the doll inside his car trunk, and take it to work with him tomorrow morning. His car was parked in my drive way.

It was about quarter to midnight, when my youngest came home from work. She came into the house, Tanya and Kali and I were still in the living room. I was laying next to Kali, who was fast asleep, Tanya was sitting next to us, studying.

Tasha, came in and sat on the sofa. I got up and sat up next to her, to talk about how her job went today. She was taking her socks off, when all of a sudden, in the middle of her conversation, she looked at me strangely, and asked, what was that sound. Which, I heard nothing, and neither did Tanya. I looked at her funny and said what sound? Cause, I did not hear anything. She said it sounded like something scratching metal. I took a look at her, and tried to listen. But nothing.

And remember, Tasha was not aware of the doll incident. She was at work when all this took place. Plus, the fact neither Tanya nor I knew where Bobby decided to put the doll. (trunk). The only explanation I could come up with was. Maybe it''s our neighbor. Yet, Tasha, insisted, the scratching came from our garage, because it sounded close by.

The next morning, we were told by Bobby, where he placed the doll.the night before. And that when he took the doll to the incinerator. His friend who works there, wanted to take the doll home and give it to his daughter, but Bobby informed him about the strange happenings with the doll.

Finally, it went into the incinerator.

To this day, there is no explanation on this story, how Tanya heard the giggle, thinking it was Kali. And then Tasha coming home from work, with no knowledge of the doll, and hearing the scratching of metal in the garage. And of course, the giggle of the doll in my mom's closet.

Strange........

The Jewelry Box

Another incident happened about 6 years ago. I lived in a three bedroom house with my two daughters and son in law.

My son in-law (Cranston) who worked at a moving company, he worked the night shift.

Well, he brought home this old jewelry box which contained 3 pieces of cheap earrings. On the front of the box had a picture of a girl in the colonial days. It was painted on the box.

Well, what Cranston failed to tell us, 'til later, was that, some of his coworkers had also brought home the box to their families and then brought it back to work, without saying why.

Anyway, he brought it home to give my daughter, Tanya, thinking maybe she may want it. She said she felt uneasy whenever she was near the box. And felt really strange when she first laid eyes on it. So one day she decided to ask me if I wanted the jewelry box. I told her no, since she herself, felt right out uncomfortable with it. So she put it on the shoe shelf located near the back door.

As the weeks went by, Cranston mentioned to a Hawaiian coworker, about the box. And how we, his family, didn't feel good about keeping it, or even having it in the house. His friend advised him to burn the box, because, we weren't the only ones, that felt strange about the box.

It was about 10:30 PM when he and his friend were discussing about how to burn the box. Strangely about 10:30 PM, Cranston actually punched out from work, and already had plans to destroy the box.

Meanwhile, back at our house. I was getting ready for bed. Duane ( my boyfriend) and I had just gone under the covers. My two daughters and a friend were in the dining room they were playing Scrabble. Now the Dining room is located right by the back door.

At approximately 10:30 PM my daughters noticed that the dining room became very extra quiet. So quiet, that they recall, they could have heard a pin drop. That the air in the dining room became very still and very silent.

At about the same time. Duane and I heard this loud, bloodcurdling, scream. It was from a girl, who. we didn't know, but it was loud and at first she screamed with horror and then moaned and wept. We sat up in bed and looked at each other, that very moment we knew we both heard her, I panicked, I thought it was my daughter Tanya, thinking that Cranston and her were fighting, I asked Duane to check on her, in the meantime, I sat up in bed, thinking, oh my goodness, what will the neighbors say, being it was so late at night.

Duane must have been gone for only one minute or so, he returned to the room calmly, I took one look at him and asked, what happened. He looked stunned. Said nothing is wrong. Not agreeing with him, I said you must be joking. I then ran to the dining room, to check it out myself. My kids were quiet, they looked up at me and I was furious. I asked them, if they heard that girl scream. They all said no, that there was no noise, at all. I looked at them with disbelief. The cry of this girl was so loud and horrible. She sounded so much in pain. No one but Duane and I heard her. I stood in the dining room with my kids and their friend. I couldn't believe it. There's got to be an explanation. But there wasn't.

I returned back to my room, where Duane was waiting up for me. We both didn't say a thing. We were both in shock.

The next morning. We all sat around the dining room, trying to make sense of the night before.

We then realize that at the precise time 10:30 PM, it was then decided on how Cranston was going to destroy the jewelry box. It was 10:30 PM, the precise time, that my daughters recall how still the air was in the dining room, how quiet, it was. And it was the precise time , 10:30 PM, that Duane and I both heard that bloodcurdling scream and the moaning and weeping that followed.

The box took almost 3 hours to burn. Cranston used a small torch.

To this day, I have no explanation.
